If you find yourself always using the same colour palette or you just need some crafty mojo! Then give a challenge a go!
So I have to admit I’m a bit in love with the Buffalo Check Background stamp. Doesn’t it look gorgeous in Blackberry Bliss?? Truth be told, it looks fabulous in ANY colour.
Stamp the Buffalo Check with a Stamparatus. Background stamps are BIG! and you want even pressure for the best stamped impression. You can also go over it more than once knowing it will be in the same position.
The Pop of Petals bundle includes a handy punch for the flowers but did fussy cut the leaves.
Grapefruit Grove card base: Cut A4 on the short side at 10.5cm
When customers choose me as their demonstrator, I never take that for granted. Every order placed means a little gift from me. Either a product sample or a hand-stamped item.
September orders receive this lovely chocolate treat.
Credit to Mary Fish for the measurements.
Here’s how to create your own:
Using the Stampin’ Trimmer Cut Blackberry Bliss card at 5 1/2 x 2″ then score at 2 5/8ths + 2 7/8ths”
Use the tag topper punch on both ends.
Using the Big Shot die cut tag shape from Wood Crate Framelits in Whisper White and 2 heart in Black Berry Bliss and Whisper White. Cut Whisper White card in half and adhere as shown onto the Blackberry Bliss card. Finish with a pearl from Share What You Love Artisan pearls.
Stamp sentiment from Wood Words stamp set on tag using Blackberry Bliss.
I used Linen thread and Whisper White Tulle ribbon.
DSP strip is from Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper and the strip of washi below is Pick a Pattern Washi Tape.
I recommend using glue dots to secure your chocolate to the tag shape.
I have a home decor piece for you all today. I designed it for my August class and everyone enjoyed making it. The beauty of this is that it’s just as easy to make as a card and is inexpensive to make. I bought my frame in Ikea for around 85 pence I think!
I used Poppy Parade, Bermuda Bay and Crushed Curry for this project, I think it’s a perfect summery frame and is sure to make anyone smile when they see it. The punched flowers really add a lovely dimension to the finished project.
You can match your home so easily with Stampin’ Up!s HUGE collection of inks. You’ll find the perfect shade no matter what your tastes are.
There are so many reasons to love Stampin’ Up! Inks
Because it’s my card and rules don’t apply when you’re crafting, I’ve made my cute little cat pink. Petal Pink in fact. I think she looks very smart with her coordinating bakers twine bow, what do you think?
At this time of year with lots of you off on holiday you might just be having a cat sitter so that was my thinking behind this project. A great way for your cat to say a big thank you for being well cared for in your absence!
The sentiment was taken from the Thankful Thoughts stamp set. It was stamped in Basic Gray (same as Kitty’s legs) onto whisper white card and then fussy cut out. Finish by popping it up on dimesionals.
You’ll find glue dots are the easiest way of sticking the bakers twine bow on.
