Well, here we are, my first blog post since I left Stampin Up! It all feels a little bit strange and it’s like being a new crafter, Suddenly a whole new world of Craft goodies has opened up!
I went bright and glittery because who doesn’t love sparkle!
The Sweet Treats from Papermania is so cute! I was drawn to the biscuits in the stamp set but ended up using the sweets. I think there will be a biscuit card soon though 🙂
To make the card
cut white A4 card on the short side at 10.5cm, score at 14.9cm
Add Patterned paper layer measuring 9.5×13.9cm
Using a random pattern stamp your images in Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed. Sponge the edged of the card with Mustard Seed ink.
Using some scrap white card stamp 3 more images (in in each colour) and cut out. Using quickie glue draw over the image lines and add glitter. Then fussy cut out. Add to the card with foam pads.
Stamp sentiment onto card measuring 5.5×3.5cm. Run edges of card along the Peacock Feathers ink. Add glitter as per the previous step.
Put your layers together, add some bling and you’redone!
The products used are listed below. If you have any questions I’m happy to help.
