Anita Jeram for the Colorado Craft Company.
OK, disclaimer. You can’t actually eat this card but the stamp set is called So Sweet Slimline and it certainly does feature some yummy treats!

You may recognise Anita’s name from the classic children’s book, Guess How Much I Love You. It was definitely a firm favourite with my boys when they were small. Actually I loved it just as much.
I miss the days of snuggly bed time stories!
Don’t those little mice just make you smile?
The artwork for the stamps on the packaging has the mice white – which I love so much but because I created an inked background I had to make my mice a slightly darker colour.
I’m definitely going to be making more cards with this stamp set and who knows what colour my mice might end up next time 🙂
Here’s how to grab the file that I used for today’s project.
From Your Canvas in Cricut Design Space type New Home in the search bar. (Check out all those categories 🙂 )
A quick make
This card came together pretty quickly thanks to Anita Jeram’s beautiful illustrations and the quality of Colorado Craft Company stamps.
First things first
- Score an A5 card in half on the short side. (scant 7.5cm)
- See pic below
3. You’ll need a stamping platform for this. I use Press to Impress by Crafts too.
The stamping platform will also enable you to go back over any bits you’ve missed and I also like to go back over again to get a deeper impression. Make sure you use an ink pad that is compatible with alcohol pens. I used Hero Arts intense Black ink.
4. Colour your images using Spectrum Noir TriBlend brush markers
5. Add small glitter accents to the images. Less is more my friends!
6. Sit back and admire your beautiful creation.
