Hello!
It’s my birthday week and that means I have cake for you! Well, only the paper kind but I hope you’ll love it 🙂
This card has a very English vibe, which is down to the papers I chose and the stamp set is called Afternoon Tea and you can’t get more British than that!

Don’t worry if you haven’t used a layering stamp set before, it’s super easy. Simply follow the numbers. The trickiest part is working out the colours but I’ve done that for you!
I do have a video on using layering stamps here if you’d like to refer to that.

The stamp set also comes with 2 dies to cut the image out. Phew! No fussy cutting!

Let’s stamp!
Stamp onto white card stock.
- Stamp 1 – Altenew Vanilla Cream
- Stamp 2 – Altenew Hazlenut
- Stamp 3 – Nuvo Sliced Strawberry
- Stamp 4 – Nuvo Rich Rosewood
- Stamp 5 – Lime Burst.
STAMP THE TOP PART AGAIN – Diecut using smaller die
Die cut the main image using large die.
The die leaves a lot of white space around the leaves, I used the lime burst ink to sponge the white areas.

Add some glossy accents to the shaded part of the strawberries to give them a nice juicy look!
I layered my image on to oval die cuts.
Lastly, stamp your chosen sentiment and layer onto patterned paper and silver to tie in with the rest of the card. Don’t forget the inside of your card!
