SugarPea Designs Mugs & Kisses Christmas (ish) Card

Hello!

I have had so much fun playing with my new SugarPea designs Mugs & Kisses stamps and dies!

It’s been designed as a Christmas set but works well for Hot Cocoa lovers any time of the year!

There’s also a takeaway cup and doughnut – adorable!

One of the little marshmallows is holding a candy cane so if you wanted to give this as a non-traditional Christmas card you totally could.

I coloured my images using Tim Holtz distress ink. The Media Mat makes it super simple. Using the mat as your palette and a Nuvo Aqua pen, you’ll achieve a great watercolour effect.

Tip: Colour first then die cut.

Measurements:

Card base Rose Blush 10″x5″ score at 5″ for a 5×5″ card

Patterned paper: 4 3/4×4 3/4″

Rose Blush 4×4″

White Card 3 3/4 x 3 3/4″

Stamp sentiment and ‘steam’ onto the white piece. You can use your die cut mug to help you centre them.

The mug is glued on and the marshmallows are on foam pads for that extra pop!
